Below provides some insight into our history and approach to diversity.

Being minority owned, IXP's exposure and understanding inclusion began while working as dedicated in-house recruiters at large tech organizations.  There were challenges encountered among individuals who were less represented at these organizations.  The lessons learned were what works and what is still an ongoing challenge.   Our goal is to leverage our experience and grow our knowledge so we can influence how employers and clients build and view their workforce.   We strive to be the best diversity recruiters to help you not only see the financial benefits of working with employees from a variety of backgrounds but the overall positive impact on your brand, company and the community at large.
